I am an engineer interested in cognition, both human and machine. I want to know how it works, why it works, and how I can use my uniquely interdisciplinary skills and knowledge to recreate it. - Spearheaded the development and implementation of an AI-powered chatbot designed to resolve employee HR inquiries and issues, resulting in a vastly more efficient ticketing and queries. Collaborated with international management to engineer efficient ticketing workflows and detailed AI agents for all UK offices. Configured interface tools and developed a SharePoint framework to implement the bot across a flexible range of pages.
